Oh my. So we might be rid of him even if Franken fails. Smiley Just have to knock off whoever Pawlenty would appoint in 2010.

So, in other words, if he loses, the Ethics Committee won't look at it because he won't be a Senator.  If he wins, the Ethics Committee will probably be too lazy to look at it. ok...
