She's probably going to run in the 2012 primaries (and is probably going to lose that and/or the general election). So after she gets that out of the way, is a run against freshman Senator Mark Begich her next step?

If she drops out of the presidential run early (or doesn't go there at all), yes, presumably so.

If she narrowly loses the nomination, possibly, presumably not.

If she wins the nomination, obviously not. Her political career will be over. Tongue
