The East Coast United States has entered Election Day 2008.

May God bless both candidates, may God bless our out-going President, may God bless our 44th President-Elect, and may God bless America!!!

I know the west coast is still 3 hours away from Election Day, but the East Coast says Tuesday, November 4, 2008!!

HURRY UP DIXVILLE NOTCH

I'm too wired to sleep.  I want to be up an hour before Vermont opens anyway, which means 3:00 am CST, so I may just stay up.  I'll just down a bunch of Dr. Pepper and crash around 3:30 Wednesday morning CST.

This feels too much like New Year's Day.  In fact, in some ways it is.

That too, but for me, the 2008 Presidential Election and any Presidential Election to come throughout my lifetime its like AFL Grand Final day to me. I probably won't be able to sleep tonight because of it. As "Big Kev" used to say in his cleaning product commercials I'm excited! However, if you want to see that part in the commercial skip to 0:28.

The whole experience seems unreal. We've been following these candidates for the last year, & even further back in many cases, & the voting commences in mere hours.
