By what Atlasian constitutional article, statute or legal precedent did you come to this conclusion?

Looking through, doesn't seem that's enshrined in the Constitution. Oh well. The executive is powerless already...

Would it be possible to have Secretary Hashemite speak on this. I believe his opinion would be cruicial for this matter.

The SoEA and the DoEA supports this bill and it is the DoEA's current policy to recognize Somaliland and we thank Sen. Jas for taking up this issue. However, we at the DoEA continue to call on an end to conflict in Somalia etc etc
