Libertarian Party doesn't field anyone against Ron Paul.  If not for Libertarian or independent challengers, there would have been 7 other CD in Texas which would be on your list.

Also LA-3 where the primaries were also cancelled.  In LA-5, Alexander did have opposition in the Republican primary.

VA-3 is the majority-black district in Virginia. Not a surprise that no Republican ran.

VA-9, on the other hand, is the conservative bastion of southwestern Virginia. Although Rick Boucher is pretty much bulletproof, I was surprised that nobody ran against him. The Republicans usually put someone up against him.
