And if you came to the Forum sooner....and read my earlier posts....you would know that I have NOTHING against the Progressive movement...they are the number one third party at the forum....

In fact, we are the only third party.

Well I was an independent up until a few months ago when I decided to register as a democrat so I could vote in the primary (CT has closed primaries even though 44% of voters are independents).  So I am not sure if I would fit more with the democrats or progressives, I usually split my vote between the democrats and the greens.  LOL!

A brief look through the boards will make it obvious what party you want to be a part of . . .

Why?  Because I AM a Progressive.  In real life, I almost always vote for Democrats because not doing so would increase the chance of the Republicans winning, but those considerations seem pretty trivial in a "fantasy" election where the winner has no actual power.

And if you are really concerned about Progressives taking votes away from Democrats: Harry, as a leader of the current administration, why don't you advocate implementing a voting system in the constitution that will eliminate that possibility, like instant-runoff?

Because we're trying to be somewhat like real life.
