Didn't McCain choose Palin instead of Lieberman as his running mate? I remember reading something about that.

I believe DWTL was one of the stronger advocates of this theory.
Come to mention it, where is the fellow these days?

I think there's evidence of a Lieberman effect in Connecticut. How else did Obama break 60%?

I think his parents grounded him for swearing at the TV Tuesday night.

J.J., I wanted to congratulate you on your assignment "A Typical Day In My Life". I think you did a superb job with it. So good that I think I'll share it with everyone else.

Has anybody seen any approval ratings for Lieberman in CT? There's no way he's even at 40%

Remember when Lief said Obama was going to win Kansas? Yeah, that's about as useful as your comment. Remember when BRTD obsessed over me making that joke a couple of times? Remember when he was the only one who kept bringing it up? Gosh, I'm ready for 2012 now.

He's over 40%, prety much at the same approval as Dodd.

Duke, if you really want to play that game, Nov 4th made a lot of the things you've said seem pretty silly in retrospect.

As of September, Lieberman had a 37-54% approval-disapproval; Dodd 43-46%.

That wasn't the argument. It's simply that Lieberman would help McCain big time in Connecticut, on the ticket or not.
