I don't see any problem with it except that it uses a campaign slogan in an official government website.  It shows a little disrespect to the outgoing administration.  They could've used something a little more professional like "obamatransition.gov" or "whitehousetransition.gov."

But no big deal.   Had my candidate won it would've been kind of a cool website to look around.  To the victor goes the spoils.

What are the odds that Obama himself decided to have this web site? Anyone?

He has a lot of supporters with a lot of technological skills.

It's an official government site.  I'm sure it was brought to his attention.

There were campaign Websites in 1996, not that anyone visited them.
