Is there a single county on that list that is not majority-black? (other than those where Wallace won by a split in the vote)

Just glancing at the list, Flagler County, Florida is only 8.8% black. But its population has exploded over the past few decades; when Wallace won it, it was a rural county with a population definitely below 10,000, possibly under 5,000; recent population estimates place it close to 80,000 people.

Davidson is not even close to majority black. Massive conservative flight to the collar counties though.

Yup, Flagler is a swing county in Florida now. Gore won it in 2000, so Obama's victory was not a huge surprise.

Yes, but Wallace only won with 35.1% (as I said earlier: other than those where Wallace won by a split in the vote)

Douglas County, Georgia is another where Wallace won over 50% of the voted (57%) and Obama won it in 2008 without it being majority black. It's another fast-growing county, though, and one with a rapidly increasing black population.
