I just permanently banned Stark from the facebook group, but I'm too lazy to go through all of the names and pick which ones don't belong in and remove them.

Too cool for facebook. Those sorts of things don't interest me.

My line of thinking for an exceptionally long time. I finally relented about a month ago.

It's not like it's some stupid trend like MySpace, it's a legit social tool that helps you keep in touch with friends.  Without one, it's easy to fall out of the loop.  A lot of events and social planning revolve around Facebook now.
^^^^

People who are "too cool" for facebook really need to get their head of their ass.

Basically, it's too legit to quit.

I have one myself, but if you guys don't think it's eventually going to be replaced with something else (just as it essentially replaced myspace) you are kidding yourselves.

Me caring would hinge on me ever having been in the loop. I have many acquaintances, but very few friends.

It won't be.  It evolves and changes itself when it needs to, staying ahead of the game.

Of course it will. It can't stay "in" forever.
