Joe is being sequestered as his latest round of plugs heal.  He is looking more and more like Jack Nicholson as the Joker in Batman lately, maybe he had another facelift too.  He actually looks like my Chinese neighbor these days with those eyes.  Or perhaps he got new teeth implants to replace those Chicklets he calls teeth.

He'll re-emerge in six months just in time for that international crisis he's been promising.
