He'd make a great DNC Chair, as I said in the other thread. Whoever is taking Schumer's job now has some pretty big shoes to fill.

I think my political life would be close to set if somehow, after all of these victories, Schumer found a way to lose his seat in 2010.  Tongue  I know it would take some horrible scandal and Obama's approval ratings being close to 10% but we can dream.  Wink

Although Schumer is a major FF, I think George W. Bush may have been the person most helpful to us in winning those seats.
