but then why does everyone call a table a table if our perceptions are diffrent?

Because a table is a simple concept that most of us have understood since we were children. Show a table to someone who has never seen, used, or heard of a table before and they will not see it in the same light as most others simply by virtue of the fact that they don't know what a table is. But given enough time seeing how a table is used that person would come to see tables just like everyone else.

The reason that two different people witnessing the same event might perceive it differently is simply because they a different people. They have different experiences, perspectives, knowledge, personalities, ways of thinking, etc. Even if two people have an equal five senses with which to receive information about something, their differences will result in them possibly processing the information in different ways, resulting in different conclusions.

yes but are our thoughts real?

We assume they are, because they'd be meaningless otherwise.
