In an ideal world, anyone and everyone would turn over illegal immigrants and the US would quickly expedite their departure from our lands.  Unfortunately, individuals are not capable of practicing blind judgement like the court is suppose to do.

No In an Ideal world we wouldn't have illegal immigrants because a) borders would be meaningless and b) no-one would want to leave in such a mass exodus for economic opportunity.

But as I said, Ideal world.
