Name a VP
«
on:
November 10, 2008, 05:15:40 pm »
People use to do this all the time in the '08 forum a few years back with the candidates on both sides. The topic of discussion, who do you think would be the best running mate for each of the following potential Republican candidates in 2012?
Mitt Romney
Mike Huckabee
Sarah Palin
Bobby Jindal
Tim Pawlenty
John Thune
Charlie Crist
Mike Pence
Feel free to add anymore that I missed.

Is a Mormon-South Asian ticket really going to be an electoral winner?

Mormon-Catholic was what I was thinking.
I mean, it's not a winner no matter who is paired with him.
Fine, I'll go with Mitt-Newt

I took into account the fact that certain people aren't likely to be open to a VP run. Assuming we are in the same political climate as today, and Obama has had an average, uneventful term:
Mitt Romney - Mike Pence
Mike Huckabee - Mike Pence
Sarah Palin - Abraham Lincoln
Bobby Jindal - Mike Pence
Tim Pawlenty - Mike Pence
John Thune - Mitt Romney
Charlie Crist - Mike Pence
Mike Pence - Mitt Romney
Newt Gingrich - Mitt Romney
John Ensign - Mitt Romney
Haley Barbour - Mike Pence

Yes, it is. She screams family values. Plus, doesn't "Crist/Cross" have a great ring to it?

I'm not sure if this new tendency to appeal to the apparent inherent evil of Xahar in all things even remotely related to forum policing or this damn game is especially helpful.
