I think someone at the board of elections may have made a mistake somewhere. Here's the county's earlier (unofficial) figures; http://www.wycopa.org/elect/SUMMARY.HTM

CNN has mccain won it.

Well anyway, it is obvious a lot of people from Wyoming County, PA turned liberal over the past few years, as we have seen with Jake.
