Yes, I'd say possibly even less except that's probably not possible. I'm betting Obama just wanted her out of the Senate in a position where he could kick her around and walk all over her just like the Bush Admin did to Powell.

Not that strange - you can have a negative overall view of someone and still recognize their strengths.
