None. In order of likelihood:

1) Jesus' resurrection
2) Bradley Effect
3) Earth's 6000 years old

Option one and a tiny bit of option three.

How is that possible? Seems like being "a tiny bit" pregnant.

Option 1 and Option 3 both happened, in my belief.

Really? Obama greatly overpolled his actual numbers and the reason this happened is because people lied to pollsters to not appear racist?

Because people were too embarrassed to admit to a stranger that they'd vote for a black.  Or at least that's what I would assume.

Bradley Effect but IMO this is the last election it played a role in(preventing Obama from getting Missouri/Arkansas)..

The Bradley Effect can not "prevent" any candidate from winning a state or be cited as the cause of any candidate's defeat. It is not defined as "People not voting for a candidate because they are black."

That's the commonly accepted definition. Try again, Red.

No, the commonly accepted definition refers to how black candidates POLL, not how the actual election goes. If a black candidate polls horribly likely because of racism and loses by the same amount as the polls showed, that was not the Bradley Effect.

I entertain the possibility of it still occuring. Since it didn't happen in a race for the Presidency, one would think that it will never happen/is greatly overrated as a factor (and it probably is). However, I do entertain the possibility that a lot of people in certain areas would have said they were voting for Obama but wouldn't have if we didn't witness that economic meltdown.

All I'm saying is that there very well could have been a scenario where it would have existed. I believe it to be very unlikely to happen from now on though.

I'm saying the Bradley effect happened to Bradley... and Washington... and Dinkins... and Jackson... and Wilder.
