This is not remotely reminiscent of anything printed before ca.1965.
Or (excluding reprints) between 1975 and 2007.

It looks very late 19th/early 20th century to me. Maybe 1880s-1920sish. Not quite Hitler-era...

but I'd be lying if I said was familiar with Nazi propaganda.

Do you have any pictures of similar-looking Nazi posters?
Obviously not as there aren't any - it's quite hard to get more unlike Nazi propagandaand still be propaganda, really. Just do a google search of "Nazi posters" or whatever.
