both House and Pres.

LA-5 (Alexander)
LA-4 (Fleming)
LA-6 (Cassidy)
MS-3 (Harper)
AL-3 (Rogers)

House only

LA-2 (Cao)
VA-4 (Forbes)

Pres. only

GA-2?
GA-12?
GA-8
AL-2
SC-5

-----

In previous years such districts usually had low black turnout. This year with Obama driving up turnout, can anyone explain why such districts have voted that way (aside from LA-2 which everyone knows).

There's no way McCain won GA-02 or GA-12.  He won GA-08, though.

By GA-3, did you mean GA-8? The redistricting swapped numbers and the information in Wikipedia for GA-3's ethnic breakdown is wrong. The current GA-3 is predominantly white.

Yes, Jim Marshall's district. I will correct that.

McCain carried Marshall's district 56%-43%.
