I didn't vote, because I don't have enough information.

On the one hand, he's being immature.
On the other hand, I know what it's like to be harrassed by corrupt city officials (or not even necessarily corrupt, but just cruel cops - a relative of mine dated a cop and when they broke up, it got really ugly for her - she had to move out of the city, because when she went to his supervisor at the police department, he said he could put him on desk work and take his gun during an investigation, but he had a private gun at home).
On the other hand, I know what it's like for city's to have to follow zoning laws only to make people pissed off.  This was why I opposed the strip club in my city - not because I want my city to outlaw strip clubs, but because putting up the strip club violated a zoning ordinance - the EXACT SAME zoning ordinance that Detroit was sued over, and Detroit WON the lawsuit.

I'd probably side with the city on this one, but I'd need information to say for sure.

Well said..we truly do not know enough to comment. If he really did illegally dump vehicle fluids in the storm drain then he deserves all the sh**t that he gets.
