What will you watch tonight at 8? I'll probably watch 24 and just switch over to see the last hour of the Golden Globes.

No TV. I would watch 24 though, since the Golden Globes results will be on Wikipedia a couple of seconds after they're announced.

24 all the way!

What's so interesting...is the that the show came on in 2001...but it wasn't until January 2005 when my father and I ended up renting and watching 96 hrs of 24 DVDs to catch up to Season 5 that began January 2006. We watched that season, then Season 6 in January 2007...but other than the 24 "prequel", 2008 was without any 24 episodes due to the Writer's Strike. But now, I'm ready for more Jack!

Neither, but I would choose 24 over the Golden Globes.

I have my DVR with Law & Order, Law & Order SVU, Bleach, and Gundam 00.

Neither but if I had to I'd pick 24. I don't watch much TV.

I don't like either but I tune into awards shows every once in awhile to see the celebrities (and I'm not even a celebrity watcher or anything like that).

24 is very silly but they're apparently swearing in a new President so I guess I'll watch that part.

24, obviously, but the last four seasons or so have either been mediocre or sucked. The writers really need to stop recycling plots (the invocation of the 25th amendment was cool the first time around, but then got tiresome. Same thing with CTU being attacked, but I guess they don't have that problem anymore).

Award shows acting on the pretense of objectivity are bullsh**t; nothing more than a mild curiosity.

Or not. I guess I misunderstood the promo.

Yeah, why the hell would she agree to be on this show? Weird.

I think they try to keep some balance but overall it's clearly a right-wing show.

The show's first few minutes were brilliant. They made the liberal Senator, (dad from That 70's Show) say the exact thing Democrats say...and made Jack Bauer look like the civil, honest and most agreeable answer. It made the liberal Senator look like a wimp...caring more about the rights of one non-American terrorist then the rights of all the Americans that Jack saved.

Great show! It shows that liberals are babies who expect you to be able to fix the World's problems without pulling a trigger.

Which is exactly why FDR didn't attack Japan, Johnson didn't bomb Vietnam, Carter didn't send forces to retake the embassy in Tehran and Clinton didn't intervene in Somalia, Iraq or Bosnia.

Wait...

Wait...

I'm talking about today's Democrats. Harry Truman is one of my favorite Presidents and would have received my vote in 1948.

No, you were talking about "liberals". FDR and LBJ were two of the greatest proponents of liberal ideology in the past century and neither was afraid or timid to use military force when necessary (and neither has any other Democratic President since Wilson for that matter).

Naso, you should read Watchmen. I think you'd really enjoy the character Rorschach.
