I'm not sure he's the most electable on this list, but don't just quickly write off Jindal, guys. He's intelligent and a capable leader; if his organizational talent displays itself in his (hypothetical) presidential campaign then he could give Obama a run for his money.

Nope. Jindal is the best candidate for backwoods fundies.

Ideologically, sure. But stuck with a choice between a black and a Punjab, they aren't going to turn out and Jindal will lose.

Not saying this is quite a direct comparison, but Louisiana does have the Punjab as its governor even though they voted against the black.
