Having read this entire thing, a number of events are implausible, but I love it to death. Even if it were just the elections maps, it would be worth reading. Awesome stuff. Too bad it's done.

IIRC (and it's been nearly a decade since I thought about this, so take it with a grain of salt), I was a bit lazy about updating them from decade to decade, so they got all out of whack by the end of it.
