I've got to say that, having talked to Yelnoc quite a bit over the last year or so, that this a huge misconception - it must be just because of the I-GA avatar. He's about the furthest thing from Moderate Hero you could meet.

He's a very mature Libertarian. He didn't get his ideal candidate, but he's willing to support Romney for the good of the country, knowing it may be best to fight another day.

Very different from most self-proclaimed "libertarians."

I would consider myself a conservative, but my PM doesn't show that because the questions are too vague for me to agree or disagree on the positions without exception.  For example, I oppose legal recognition of gay marriage, but I support civil unions that provide equal benefits for homosexual couples.  Likewise, I am pro-life and oppose abortion except to save the life of the mother.  I could go on for a while, but these are just some examples.
