I'd like to humbly suggest we rename this thread the "Validation Mine".

Winston, to his credit, admits his (once) frequent ideological somersaults with good grace and humour, whereas many people who did the same would be defensive. It doesn't hurt that he's "landed" in a fairly decent position on the spectrum.

Despite the unfortunate fact that his username is "belgiansocialist" and we, thus, have to kind of awkwardly refer to him as "Belgian", Belgian's one of my favourite posters - highly intelligent, droll, and incisive. He also speaks writes better English than most native speakers.

We haven't had much interaction but from what I've seen he's a smart and politically passionate kid, which is good. It's also cool to have more Spanish members, since we've hardly any.

I've got to say that, having talked to Yelnoc quite a bit over the last year or so, that this a huge misconception - it must be just because of the I-GA avatar. He's about the furthest thing from Moderate Hero you could meet.
