Which candidates would produce this map and also what would have to happen to make states vote like this?

Clinton/Schweitzer vs. McCain/Palin could have possible produced this map.  Clinton would have likely carried Arkansas and West Virginia and Schweitzer could have helped her carry Montana and both of the Dakotas.  Indiana would be the biggest stretch here since Clinton would have not performed nearly as well in that state as Obama did, and I don't see Schweitzer helping her much there.

Hillary Clinton/Bayh vs. McCain/Palin.
