What criterion are we basing this on?

Awesomeness, mostly.

Do you need a dictionary?

If we are merely talking about the general theory of awesomeness, than it is clearly at least 100.

I put down a 7.  I think I'm kind of awesome because I did this one really awesome thing like 6 years ago.

I was in Cancun at the club Coco Bongo.  It has a lot of different levels with a lot of steps.  I was walking around and slipped off the top step.  My drink went flying all over everyone around me and my arms and legs were flailing around in mid-air like in the cartoons.  I landed flat on my back and had to lay their for a few seconds.  When I finally got up I went into the bathroom, where, due to a combination of embarassment and how hot it was in the club, I fainted.  So all of the security guards came running in and came close to calling the police/ambulance because they thought I OD'd on drugs.  When I finally came to, in order to save my pride, I yelled to everyone in the bathroom, "What, you think it's funny?  Anybody got somethin to say?" in a drunk, incoherent voice.

I think I'm kind of awesome for that.  It was definitely one of the most awesome things I've ever done.

Well, Lunar, to get the ball rolling, you need to rank yourself first. Asymmetry is a sin, particularly when you are on the short end of it all. Tongue

11 was as high as it goes. I like to think I'm the most Awesome person here, thus being given the title of Secretary of Awesome.

isn't it psychologically interesting every number has been voted for except "10" and "5?"

Longfellow certainly ranked me pretty highly:

Edit: I think I'm just average, and probably a bit below on the "coolness" stakes, so I voted 4.
