The parts in red are the parts I disagree with. While I am staunchly opposed to any government discrimination against minorities, I believe that it is in the position of the businessowner/homeowner/hotelowner/etc. what their policy should be. Anything else is an infringement of property rights. Additionally, such legislation is unnecesary, since one who discriminates in such areas will be punished economically for their discrimination.

I will be voting against. I think that equality is a nobler goal than preserving the freedom of people to discriminate.
