I vote for Fujimori, Putin, Milosevic*, Taylor and Qadaffi.

*Though granted he's a more borderline case than most believe, for most of his time in power he might be better described as simply "authoritarian" than an out-and-out dictator. However he initially took power in elections which were not remotely anything resembling free or fair, so I'd say he was a dictator up until at least 1996 or whereabouts.

One could make a case on the grounds that he officially holds no actual title or official position as head of state or government.

Chavez (and it's close), Taylor and Qadafi.  It really depends on how you define dictator of course.

I am not going to go through all the them but Milosevic was a great man. He defended Europe from invaders and tried to take back Kosovo which is part of historic Serbia and NATO(NWO/ZOG) invaded his sovereignty. Putin is somewhat authoritarian but he is a great leader and an enemy of the New World Order as well. He brought down the corrupt Zionist Oligarchs who looted Russia under Yelsin. We need leaders who will stand up for our nations like those to great men.

Now, do you have a real cite for your nutty claim?

How can one vote for Chavez and not Fujimori?

Fujimori was democratically elected, but then he carried out a coup against his own government and suspended all democratic institutions and the constitution. Even Chavez hasn't been that blatant.

Chavez, Milosevic, and Fujimori are all borderline. Lincoln and Roosevelt clearly were not. The others were, except for Hans Adam, who I'm not sure about.

Roosevelt and Lincoln certainly not. Neither is Hans Adam. Perón, Fujimori, Putin, Arafat, Chávez, Ortega, Milosevic, and Allende were all borderline dictators to one degree or another, although they tried to maintain some semblance of democracy. Qaddafi, and Taylor are indisputably dictators (quibbling about their official titles is a meaningless exercise).
