No, probably not. I've never seen the movie but I can only bet that you're exaggerating our similarities (if there even are any).

Never watched the movie. The reviews made it sound like it wasn't serious about the true effects and consequences of teen pregnancy. So I didn't want to be a pawn in some sick Hollywood producer's hand and so I didn't watch and I never will.

Agreed.  If there was a motive behind it, it was subtle and lost on me.  It was just a well done teen movie.  You won't be missing much if you never see it, but not seeing it because you're afraid it might brainwash you (or, God forbid, make fun of you and your kind) is sort of silly.

(Btw I don't think 300 is a political film, at least not in the way you meant. Very few films are, even ones about politics are rarely political in that they have a "political message".)
