this is big news, thanks.  For Democorats it'd be nice for Freud [that word is accepted by the spellcheck] to stay around to make a competitive race for the Senate in four years or so.

Wouldn't there be some sort of negative backlash for, you know, suing your way to another term?

     I'm sure the Democrats would kill him if he didn't do this, seeing as how he's there only chance at breaking 30% in a Senate race, let alone winning.
