Ok...Let's say FDR rewards Huey for his enthusiastic support for his candidacy with the Vice Presidency. The addition of a Poulist Southerner only adds to FDR soaring popularity and the ticket goes to beat Hoover in a landslide simmilar to that in OTL. However due to butterflies, Zangara is successful in assasinating President-elect Roosevelt, launching Huey to the Presidency. How does his Share our Wealth program on a national scale help lift the nation out of the depression? Could Huey win his own term in his own right? Any other ideas on what might happen during four years of a Huey Long presidency? Please discuss...
