The CUP held 5 seats some time in 2005. And they folded a few months later.

The NLC holds the record. We held six Senate seats following Bacon King being declared the winner over DWTL in July 2008 until Rocky resigned some time before the October election (2 Regional seats and four STV seats).

^ No, from April 2004 to June 2004, the AFDNC held 7 seats. I'm pretty sure this is the record.

Well I'll be voting later and since I can't vote in the Midwest yet it looks like you guys have elected GMantis. As far as I know he isn't that active, hope that works out for you.

True. Look what JCP zombie voters are doing! Reelecting a president who did nothing and electing a senator who know nothing about Atlasia.

That's why instead of the Jesus Christ Party, people need to vote for the Judge Castillo Party.  Together with Judge Dredd, they will rid Mega-City One of zombies!

I think that if he moves to the Northeast in time to swear in it's not a problem, though that would need to be looked into.

HOWEVER, it does mean that he can't vote for himself in the election, meaning Smid is still leading 5-4.

No legally relevant difference between his situation and MasterJedi's, anyhow. Meaning that either candidate is ineligible under the Candidate Regulations, it's just that we haven't a clue whether the SoFA will obey them or what courts will say about the issue if his decision is challenged.
(Obviously, if he doesn't move then he's ineligible. Oh yeah, I need to look up the verdict in that one Sam Spade case, that might indirectly touch on the issue as well.)

I noticed that too. However, a write-in candidate can declare any time up until the end of voting. The question would be when must a write-in candidate meet the requirements for eligibility according to the candidate regulations?

I don't think Earl ever accepted write-ins for the Lief/Earl ticket, only Earl/Lief. I think that means those votes would automatically go to the next preference in the first round. Same with the invalid "Abolish regions" vote. Speed of Sound's VP doesn't actually exist, so I think his vote would be exhausted right away.

Bgwah/Meeker wins.

Smid wins.
HappyWarrior wins.
PiT wins.
Realisticidealist wins.

And a run-off in the Midwest.

At least the Senate races were somewhat exciting.....

It would be nice if more people would start declaring before the deadline, though. We always have an awful lot of write-ins.
