Currently the count (3rd round count, too!) is at 3-3-3, leading to a 3-candidate fptp runoff according to CESRA. Now that would be a historical Atlasian first.

Of course, it's contingent on the votes for Jedi being counted at all.

Midwest:

dead0man: 1 (dead0man)
MasterJedi: 2 (PBrunsel, Speed of Sound)
GMantis: 3 (Lewis, Sensei, Ilikeverin)
TCash: 3 (TCash, Jas, BRTD)
Lewis Trondheim: 1 (GMantis)

2nd count:

MasterJedi: 3 (PBrunsel, Speed of Sound, dead0man)
GMantis: 4 (Lewis, Sensei, GMantis, Ilikeverin)
TCash: 3 (TCash, Jas, BRTD)

MasterJedi has six expressed preferences to Cash's five, so Cash is eliminated.

3rd count:

MasterJedi: 4 (PBrunsel, Speed of Sound, dead0man, TCash)
GMantis: 5 (Lewis, Sensei, GMantis, Ilikeverin, Jas)
exhausted: 1 (BRTD)

Absolutely. Remember what office he's currently holding.

And this is why people think Atlasia is dead! People not caring about activity at all while complaining the system is dead.
Gee. I know you can't read but...

Um. Apparently Eraserhead is registered in Montana. My bad. Can he still be Northeast Senator if he wins or what?

I think that if he moves to the Northeast in time to swear in it's not a problem, though that would need to be looked into.
No legally relevant difference between his situation and MasterJedi's, anyhow. Meaning that either candidate is ineligible under the Candidate Regulations, it's just that we haven't a clue whether the SoFA will obey them or what courts will say about the issue if his decision is challenged.
(Obviously, if he doesn't move then he's ineligible. Oh yeah, I need to look up the verdict in that one Sam Spade case, that might indirectly touch on the issue as well.)

I noticed that too. However, a write-in candidate can declare any time up until the end of voting. The question would be when must a write-in candidate meet the requirements for eligibility according to the candidate regulations?
According to the Candidate Regulations, at the declaration deadline. But they're only regulations issued by a government agency. And (other, less important) parts of them have been ignored for a long time.

Hilariously, the election still has not been certified. Will the runoff voting booth be opened at all? And how will the SoFA rule on the validity of votes for Jedi and Eraserhead? Stay tuned...

(There'd be a runoff even if Jedi is considered ineligible. The only difference is that it's a Gmantis vs Cash runoff:

1st count:
Cash 3 (Cash, Jas, BRTD)
GMantis 3 (Lewis, Sensei, Verin)
Lewis 2 (Gmantis, Gustaf)
dead0man 2 (dead0man, PBrunsel)
exhausted 1 (Speedy)

I didn't do a count on whether dead0 or me goes first - it doesn't matter, as neither picks up pref.s from the other.

3nd count:
Cash 4 (Cash, Jas, BRTD, Gustaf)
GMantis 4 (Lewis, Sensei, Verin, GMantis)
exhausted 3 (dead0man, PBrunsel, Speedy)
