I'LL BE THERE.

I'll be in a South Carolina bowtie and nantucket red pants, most likely.

In what?

You'll stand out for sure.

Anyway, enjoy CPAC.  The best time for conferences is when your party's in the minority.

Hopefully you guys can go next year.  Duke - we'll have to meet up down there.

Will you be sporting a bowtie as well? Also, are Sperry's acceptable to an event such as this?

You won't be hard to miss.  Tongue

I'll most likely be wearing my charcoal sport jacket and black/charcoal pants.

We'll probably go next year. Smiley The main issue was that we aren't an official club so, we don't actually have any money...

Gotcha.  Our group is broke (although we're bringing in Barry Goldwater Jr.), so we all just have to pay our own way (minus like $150 that the student budget allocation committee is giving each of us).

Our student government occasionally gives us some money for events, but only when we're working with the College Democrats.  Obviously, they don't want to go to this lol  However, by the end of this semester, we should be a real club!!  Yay!! Tongue

We've tried to get speakers, but the ones we could find were expensive Sad

I think mass suicide is a little too broad of an advocacy Deadman.

No, Fundies can't kill themselves, it's against God's law or something.  Of course murder is wrong too, but you know how those types like to pick and chose which parts of the bible to follow.

Watch out. If you dare to call out the religion haters, they'll tell you that you're just "playing the victim."

I haven't seen a single bowtie yet.  Although I did see a friend from high school.

I take that back - Michael Barone might've been wearing a bow tie.
