Hey fellas and gals...

I have been super busy lately with work and getting our house renovated.  I just haven't had a spare minute for the Atlas, which sucks -- cause I would rather be hanging out with you guys.

I also have shingles.  (Not the roof kind, the virus kind.)  Any of you ever had it?  Man, what a kick in the balls that can be! Hurts like a mudda.

My grandfather had shingles last year, but he seemed to handle it pretty well. I still don't understand what they are.

Talk about bad timing.  Renovating can be stressful.  I've been helping my sister and brother-in-law with renovating these past few months.

It's the second coming of chicken pox. You get it if you had chicken pox as a kid and your immune system comes under heavy stress (from lots of physical exertion, a stressful life, an immune system disorder or old age). It's more common the older you get, but I know people who had it in college.
