Disturbing and deeply concerning.

It seems these attacks were designed to place Sinn Féin in a very difficult political position as much as anything else.

I don't like that, but, at least, they don't target civilians.

Well, actually, they do because the Real IRA are the bastards that did the Omagh bombing a decade ago and the other lot just killed an ordinary policeman responding (or so he thought) to an ordinary crime.

There's also, of course, the matter of the two pizza delivery guys shot at the weekend at Massareene barracks, both seriously wounded.
