Anyone have it/watch it? I'd be interested to see what if anything you guys watched Smiley I'm only asking because I read it's showing the Life on Mars sequel Ashes to Ashes which was my favourite show of 2008 (even topping Doctor Who)

Love it. Although I forget which shows are on that vs. on Sci Fi. We've watched Doctor Who, Torchwood, Shameless, The Street, Little Britain (before it turned to crap), Faking It, Bob and Rose, Green Wing, Coupling, so many series over the years that I've forgotten. My partner has probably seen every episode of Changing Rooms and used to watch Graham Norton.

The BBC is a news organization, which might be a confusing idea for Americans.

I have the channel, but I don't really watch it.  I'll occasionally watch it if Monty Python is on, though. Smiley

I'd watch it more if they aired Father Ted, Blackadder, more Python, Rumpole etc.

The BBC News Service is a news organization.  The British Broadcasting Corporation does so much more than news.  Smiley

I love Father Ted.  I listen to the BBC World Service on my HD radio all the time but don't watch BBC America because it doesn't show britcoms.

I watched the British version of Whose Line on it. (which I like a lot more than the US one)

The news is very nice as well.

BBC America is an abomination.

But I watch Top Gear and Monty Python, and Graham Norton sometimes.

Have I Got News For You needs to get on that channel.

The BBC is a news organization that is run by the state which might be a confusing idea for some freedom loving Americans.
fixed that for you Smiley

(yes I know PBS and NPR do "news" too, but nobody listens/watches that....and by "nobody" I don't really mean nobody.)
