2008 primary (Democrats Abroad)

President: Barack Obama (D)

Obviously no other offices to vote for. I only voted through Democrats Abroad because they let 17 year olds vote...which I still was at that time. For the future I'll get my primary ballots from Illinois directly for everything.


2008 general election

President: Barack Obama/Joe Biden (D)
Senate: Richard Durbin (D)
U.S. House: Jerry Costello (D)
State Senate: Bill Haine (D) (not that there was anyone else on the ballot, but I DO approve of him.)
State House: Daniel Beiser (D) (ditto)
County Board Chairman: Hal Patton (I) (I regret voting for him...but I don't really like the Democrat much either.)

other county and local offices: There was no other office in which the Democrat was not unopposed (gotta love Madison County, right?)....in some cases I voted for the Democrat...in some cases I skipped the race.


Germany:

2009 Hesse State Election:    district vote: Silke Lautenschläger (CDU)
                                               party list vote: FDP

2009 Federal elections: undecided between CDU and FDP
