It varies. Some days I'll fall asleep accidentally while watching TV around 10 and then wake up around 12:30 AM. I'll get really angry and rather than starting to work on something else I'll just go back to sleep. The rest of the time I'll go to bed between 1 AM and 4 AM (usually around 2 or 2:30 but not always).

So again, it varies.

Wow, I don't understand why people stay to 4 or 5 AM.

Anti-social or other perversions.  Or in other words morning persons, while reliable employees, are boring people.

How would people that go to sleep at 4 or 5 be morning people?  I'd think they be exactly the opposite.  But I kind of get your anti-social point, unless your out until that time staying up that late is really just a day killer

No the point was that people who go to sleep at 4-5 AM are night owls, interesting people but unreliable employees (most of us get up in the afternoon!), while people like youself to go to bed early and get up in the morning are boring reliables.

There's something to be said for being "boring and reliable".  Its a well-respected person in society.  I try to go to bed before midnight nearly every night.  I've heard that the best sleep occurs if its started before midnight.

Why does one have to go to bed before midnight to be respected? I get off work at 10:30PM, so I really can't do so quite easily. Plus I usually don't even come in to work until 2, so there'd be no point in going to bed that early.

Of course!  But I don't like society so I tend to be attracted to people who are sociopathic.
