I voted no, because he'll be near 80 by 2012 and he'll make John McCain look young at time of his running.  Plus, he's tried it 4 times now.  Although, I wouldn't be a bit suprised if he does run if he's not on his deathbed in four years.  He knows he'll never win, but he does have the money to blow and it never hurts that most precious of items, his ego.
