     Nevada has undergone a similar population explosion apparently. Odd given that California has shrunk relative to the rest of the nation as well as Idaho & Wyoming remaining pretty consistent (though Wyoming did grow enough to pick up an extra EV).

WV is just sad. So are MI OH and PA.

Even if the EV totals were arguable (and they're not) it's highly unlikely the political affiliation of the states would stand relatively the same as they are now.
