An example of this would be a teenager who thinks he or she has so much power over an entity that is so insignificant (like an Internet forum or something).

But what I REALLY HATE are internet polls whose entire purpose is make fun at someone else without invoking his/her name. I really hate that.

I don't think I understand you fully, Phil. But I wouldn't get into a fight with such a person either, who knows, it might turn into eight pages of spam after that person got owned in the first post and can't admit it. But that is just my speculation, I doubt such a thing would really happen on the internet.
