I am sorry to hear this, but I am grateful for your honest. The Midwest ilv. is responsible for appointing a new delegate to the Convention.

I know that I am new and everything, but I want to get more involved and would love to be a delegate to the convention, if someone want to tell me/show me about the Convention.
