Should I post the full outline so delegates can know what exactly I have in mind?

Go for it. It's your idea so put it up on the thread and let everyone know where your idea is headed.

ATTENTION DELEGATES: The aforementioned motion has been dropped. After a great deal of discussion and brokering, a compromise has been reached and a new motion has been brought for a vote. It can be found through the above link of Motion at Vote, or here. Again, please disregard the previous motion.

The motion under the Presidential Universalism thread has passed by a vote of six in favor, five opposed. The proposal has been renamed Parliamentary Bicameralism. Please resume debate and discussion.

I'm much interested in senate proceedings in PiT seems to be devoting a lot of time to the convention.  I don't PiT voting any differently than I would, he'd just be more active.

They were written in the original resolution passed by the Senate. Essentially you step down and the Governor of your region chooses a replacement.

Two motions have passed. See the history sections of the proposals to see current progress.

As a reminder, your missed votes are being recorded above. Please make sure that number does not grow too large. Currently, 100% failure is 3.
