Blech.. I can't stand Cream of Wheat.  Malt-o-meal and Oatmeal are fairly common here... but I think Red River cereal would be a little more regional


It looks like birdseed... it's best with lots of butter, milk, and brown sugar.

I'm all for the fried carbs, but breakfast is weetbix or toast,. maybe with a piece of fruit.
