Over 90% including eggs.. probably around 80% if we aren't including the egg.

By the way, Thais nickname for testicles is 'egg'.  As in - 'He has no eggs'.

similar to Spanish, where slang for 'testicle' is "huevo".

A lot, probably near 95%. Especially at College. Back home I still have meals without any meat/fish products but still we eat some form of it at least 70-80% of our meals.

I voted 90+, but it's probably closer to 80 because of my many bowls of cereal.  I don't really eat "meals" normally.  Lots of small snacks and what not.  It's how I keep my girlish figure.

A bit over a third on a normal week. Usually I'll have meat with either lunch or dinner, not both. Every now and then I'll have some meat with breakfast, usually only one day a week on the weekends.

I think a common "big breakfast" here is:

Eggs of some kind (over easy or scrambled, usually)
bacon or sausage
hash browns
pancakes

Then you kind of pour a lot of maple syrup on the pancakes and let it run into the sausage or bacon.

The Sugar Maple is an amazing tree.

Occasionally oatmeal, fresh fruit, or toast with jam is served.  Berries are especially popular in summer since they grow abundantly in the wild here.

Edit:

You never see grits here.  Is that like Malt-o-meal?  I like malt-o-meal, but only with impossible amounts of butter, milk, and brown sugar.

What about Nutella?

Usually I have a couple of pieces of toast after I get home from uni, sometimes with nutella or vegemite, but usually with sundried tomatoes or roasted capsicum. Depends on my finances, I guess. I'm not a big 'spreads' person, and I hate eating anything creamy and white - so I avoid butter, mayo, eggs, margarine, tartare, most dips...

I'd say about 25%. It's far fewer in college with the whole Jewish and kosher meat thing, so that cuts it down to maybe 10% (unfortunately).

No, Cream of wheat would be the closest version of grits.

I'd say that's a fairly traditional upper midwest "big" breakfast.  I prefer my eggs overhard, but I think scrambled is probably the most common way to serve them.  My wife likes them Sunny Side Up, the "goo" makes me want to vomit.

Different here though.  They do eat grits at least as far north as St.Louis.  Not as common as in the south mind you and I'm pretty sure we used different toppings(I always had mine with butter and sugar...I believe salt and pepper is popular in the south), but still, I was aware of them growing up.  They are on the menu at all the local Dennys and IHOPs and what have you around here as well, but I don't know anybody that eats them.

If you're looking for a restaurant that serves them, might not be a horrible idea to scout out chicken restaurants that have vending machines containing grape soda, yaddamean?  Oftentimes located near prisons?
