Only the VP can legitimately do this (or the Dean of the Senate, after the requisite period of inactivity passes).

Woops my bad.  I thought the reason the VP did this last time was because we had no PPT at the time.  I feel a bit embaressed Tongue.

And you don't have a PPT right now - the term ends with the end of the Senate's term. Smiley
