Obviously in favor, but do we want to add another section grandfathering in those who have become citizens under the act?

For once I am in total agreement with DWTL.  Its scary.

I would support a continuation of the minimum wage segement strongly, largly for the reason that it not only helps the immigrants but average Atlasian workers because companies could not just hire these immigrants because they cost less.  It enables an equal footing and good pay for both groups.

Nobody listens to me. Sorry for not wanting blatantly useless provisions in bills.

PiT personally I support such a provision in the law simply to ensure that everything is perfectly clear.  After all I doubt that such a grandfather clause will hurt anything you know?

I agree with you Smid and after the vote on the PS amendment is complete I hope you will introduce your amendment, then we can hopefully pass that and bring this to a final vote so that it can be finished before the 31st Senate begins.

This Act passes.  Awaiting a Presidential Veto/signature.

Don't Senators still have 24 hours to change their votes?

Of course.  Sorry Tongue
